Neocloud computing operations

GPU systems.
One neocloud.

202 Compute builds, deploys, and operates GPU machines as one distributed neocloud. We turn physical infrastructure into a managed computing service for customers—and a structured operating platform for hardware, property, financing, insurance, and strategic partners.

01 / The 202 Compute Network

Use the neocloud.
Or help expand it.

Customers rent computing capacity from the network. Partners can expand the supply behind it by owning a system we operate or by providing approved space for a 202 Compute machine.

OWN A SYSTEM

Own hardware connected to our customer demand

Purchase a purpose-built GPU system and have 202 Compute deploy and operate it. We connect eligible capacity to our customer network and share covered revenue under a written operating agreement.

HOST OUR EQUIPMENT

Host a 202 Compute machine at your property

Provide an approved garage or utility space for equipment owned and operated by 202 Compute. We coordinate installation, electricity, connectivity, monitoring, and service; the host receives contract-defined compensation.

02 / What a neocloud operator does

We turn machines into a computing service

A GPU alone is not a cloud product. 202 Compute combines each machine with a qualified site, power, connectivity, remote access, monitoring, maintenance, capacity allocation, and a direct customer relationship.

01

Deploy the infrastructure with the hardware, site, power, networking, cooling, and security required to operate.

02

Run the fleet through remote access, health telemetry, temperature and power tracking, maintenance, and support.

03

Serve customer demand by qualifying workloads, assigning capacity, and managing direct commercial agreements.

03 / Host our equipment

Host a 202 Compute machine.
We handle the operation.

A property host provides a qualified location and permits agreed installation and service access. The machine remains part of the 202 Compute operation; we coordinate the equipment, electricity, internet connectivity, monitoring, maintenance, customer use, and daily management.

Important

Submitting an application does not guarantee placement or income. Host eligibility, equipment configuration, electrical work, compensation, and operating terms depend on technical review and a signed agreement.

04 / Neocloud operations

Every machine becomes part of one operating fleet

Whether a system is owned by 202 Compute or an approved hardware partner, it reports into our private operations console. We monitor health, utilization, temperature, power, connectivity, and availability across the network while coordinating customer capacity.

MON

Continuous telemetry

System health readings support remote diagnostics and proactive maintenance planning.

NET

Managed connectivity

Each pod uses a dedicated internal network layer with controlled outbound management.

PWR

Site-level power visibility

Energy readings can be tracked by deployment and incorporated into fleet operating costs.

OPS

Planned service

Modular systems support organized maintenance, upgrades, and scheduled site visits.

01 / ASSET LAYER

Purpose-built GPU systems

Standardized compute configurations, documented components, managed enclosures, networking, and deployment requirements create a defined physical asset base.

02 / OPERATING LAYER

One monitored fleet

Machine health, utilization, temperatures, power, energy, connectivity, and availability are brought into a private operating console for day-to-day management.

03 / COMMERCIAL LAYER

Capacity connected to demand

Eligible capacity is offered through direct customer relationships and qualified workloads, with commercial terms documented for each customer and partner arrangement.

Each snapshot holds its rental rate constant using your current utilization, owner share, system cost, and operating costs. Payback = system cost ÷ monthly operating cash. Scales are shared within each metric; a shorter payback is better. These are modeled comparisons, not historical earnings.

Model methodology

Scenario model, not a forecast or an offer. Revenue = 8 GPUs × 730 hours × rate × billable utilization × owner share. Loan payments are fully amortizing; rate changes compound monthly. Cash recovery means cumulative distributions have covered the down payment, not that the loan is repaid. Resale occurs only at the end of the selected holding period. Taxes, transaction costs, financing fees, and costs beyond the operating-cost input are excluded. No 202 Compute operating results are represented here.

Sources & how to read this model

Research checked October 15, 2026. Provider list rates can change; delivered capacity, contract length, region, and configuration affect pricing. Higher rates in selected observations do not establish that every GPU or rental market appreciates.

Only comparable, sourced historical rental observations are shown. B200 and B300 have no historical percentage change here. Purchase cost, owner share, utilization, operating costs, financing, rental-rate change, and resale retention in the calculator are editable assumptions, not vendor quotes or offered terms.
